I'm glad I took several videos to remember her sounds by. Unfortunately, many of them are too long to post here, but this one captures the day beautifully.
Our students were painting behind the Fenice Opera House. Around the corner we bought some of the best little pastries (mine was a pistachio mousse thing...divine!) along with an espresso, to top off a perfect afternoon.
