Mission:  30 paintings in 30 days
Focus:  Watercolor with pen and ink on Italian-made Fabriano 140# paper.

Several years ago, I attended a HIGH TEA where our hostess wore wonderful, Victorian garb!  I took dozens of pictures that day and have wanted to paint this particular one ever since then!
