Watercolor books for the beginner (and even for Intermediates)

New students are eager beavers.  Often, they've put off painting for years. Finally, the day is here and they're chomping at the bit!

I'm asked, over and over again, which books I recommend for additional watercolor instruction.  I thought I'd share those with you now.
