New Painting

"Spring Lyrics" (watercolor & graphite)

This little setting is almost right around the corner from my house in downtown Summerville.  It seems so unassuming, but with the light behind the wisteria, I just knew it would end up being a painting.  

Painting goes to fellow artist

Fellow painter, Anne Peterson, fell in love (!)...with my painting "Interwoven Fibers".  She had to have it!!!  I'm glad it's in a good home now and I can visit it any time I want to!  (aren't they just like babies to us?)
